Day trip to La Crucecitas and the Huatulco coast

We rented the RV park owner’s extra car for the day and went to run errands in La Crucecitas; a town about 45 minutes away from Bahia del San Agustin.  Since we had not done much sight-seeing we decided, first, to take a drive down the coast (well, here the coast runs west to east so we went EAST down the coast) to see what the beaches were like and also rubberneck the expensive resort areas and ritzy hotels.

Found a really sweet beach in kind of an older area and we hope to go back sometime.  Had lunch near the marina and the vibe and architecture and even the restaurant reminded us of north county San Diego in the 80s.  Some people said the photos reminded them of Beverly Hills…rambling, gated off resorts, very green in the middle of the dry season…
